Welcome to FFotos Photography LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

​

FFotos Photography LLC offers professional drone photography and videography services, general photography, photo/video editing, and creative media solutions. Services may be booked through our contact form or via direct communication.

2. Bookings & Payments

​

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final media.

  • Editing-only services require full payment upfront.

  • Payment methods include: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer (as specified in invoices).

  • Final deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Clients may reschedule shoots up to 48 hours in advance at no extra charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.

  • FFotos Photography LLC reserves the right to reschedule in cases of unsafe flying conditions (e.g., high winds, rain, airspace restrictions).

4. Turnaround Time

​

  • Standard delivery is 2–5 business days depending on the project type.

  • Expedited delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Media Usage & Licensing

​

  • Clients receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for personal or commercial use.

  • FFotos Photography LLC retains the right to use all media created for portfolio, promotional, or advertising purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the project start.

6. Drone Compliance

​

  • FFotos Photography LLC is FAA Part 107 certified and complies with all local and federal regulations.

  • Client is responsible for securing property access and obtaining permissions for flight in restricted/private areas (if applicable).

7. Limitation of Liability

​

FFotos Photography LLC is not liable for:

​

  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our media

  • Delays due to weather, technical issues, or airspace restrictions

  • Unauthorized use or distribution of the media by third parties

​

8. Changes to Terms

​

FFotos Photography LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
