Refund Policy

At FFotos Photography LLC, we strive to provide high-quality photo, video, and drone services tailored to each client’s vision. Due to the creative and time-intensive nature of our work, refunds are limited and handled as outlined below.

1. Deposits

  • All deposits made to secure a booking are non-refundable.

  • This compensates for time reserved, administrative prep, and potential loss of other client opportunities.

2. Cancellations

  • Client Cancellations:

    • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, no additional fees apply (but the deposit remains non-refundable).

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot will result in loss of deposit and may incur additional fees depending on project scope.

  • FFotos Cancellations:

    • In rare situations (e.g., weather, airspace restrictions, emergencies), FFotos Photography LLC may cancel or reschedule.

    • If we cancel and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.

3. Editing Services

  • Full payment is required before editing begins.

  • No refunds will be issued once editing work has started, as time and creative labor are already invested.

 

4. Quality Concerns

  • If you are unhappy with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will evaluate concerns case-by-case and offer reasonable solutions, such as minor revisions (if applicable).

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if there was a clear failure to meet agreed-upon deliverables.

5. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to show up for a scheduled shoot or does not provide access to the agreed location, the full deposit will be forfeited, and the project may be canceled at our discretion.
