How to Retrieve your Photography
Once all the necessary photography shoots and finished and all edits are completed. Now it is time to receive your photos and videos. Understanding how to get your photos is important, and we value our convenience in receiving your photography. But we understand that technology cannot always be reliable, so this page is here to assist you with Ste-by-Step instruction in retrieving your photography.
Check your Email
Step 1
When all shots, payments and edits are completed, you will receive an email with a link taking you to a ZIP File holding your photos & videos.
If you cannot find the email check your “Junk” or “Spam”
Unzip File
Step 4
Once you locate the file you will need to unzip it. You can do this by Right Clicking (windows) Two Finger Click or Cntrl Click (Mac) Tap & Hold (Mobile). Then click either “Unzip” or “Uncompress”. You will then have access to your photos and videos and move them wherever you like
Download File
Step 2
The link from the email will direct you to an iCloud shared link. When opened you will want to press “Download a Copy”
DO NOT PRESS “Save to iCloud Drive”
Save to your Photos
Step 5
This step is optional but to some can be necessary. Once you opened your Unzipped Folder you can tap on the three dots on the top right of the display, then tap “Select” you can then select all of the photos you want to save to your phone. When finished tap the share button on the bottom left of the display, then tap
“Save X Items”
Locate the File
Step 3
When the file is finished downloading you will find it in your “Downloads” folder in either of the following:
Windows: File Explorer
Mac: Finder
iPhone/iPad: Files App
Enjoy your FFotos

Your all set to go! Now you can share with your Clients, add them to your listings, or even share them with friends. There are so many options you can do with your FFotos.
