Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. • Final payment is due upon delivery of your media. • Editing-only projects require full payment upfront. • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, Venmo, credit/debit card, Invoicing, Cash, Tap-toPay. Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. • FFotos reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe flight conditions (e.g., high winds, rain, or airspace issues). Turnaround Times • Standard delivery is 2–5 business days depending on the project. • Rush delivery may be available for an added fee. Usage Rights • You’ll receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your final photos/videos. • FFotos may showcase work in our portfolio or promotions unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins. Drone Flight Compliance • FFotos is FAA Part 107 certified and follows all regulations. • The client is responsible for obtaining location access or permissions for flights over private/restricted property. We are not liable for: • Delays due to weather, technical issues, or airspace restrictions • Unauthorized third-party use of your media • Any damages from how final content is used or interpreted
